Hands-on training is critical in the sewer and drain industry, where real-world conditions rarely match a classroom environment.
Recently, our team commissioned an E180 in New York for this customer as they added their first Harben unit to their fleet. The commissioning process began onsite with structured product training, covering E180 operation, system capabilities, and best practices specific to sewer and drain applications.
While our team was on the way to complete commissioning, the customer received a call for an emergency job. The decision was made to shift commissioning to the jobsite, allowing training to transition directly into real-world operation.

Working alongside the crew during an emergency sewer and drain call provided real-time instruction, troubleshooting, and operational guidance under actual working conditions. From setup through execution, operators were able to see firsthand how the E180 performs in the field and how to apply best practices in live scenarios.
This jobsite-based commissioning approach is where equipment knowledge truly clicks. It reinforces safe and efficient operation and ensures crews are confident and ready to put new equipment to work immediately.

We appreciate the trust our customers place in our team and look forward to supporting them as they continue to deploy their new E180. This commissioning is a strong example of our commitment to supporting customers beyond delivery, standing alongside them in the field, when it matters most.
