Our Trade-in Program Also Covers Harben Machines
Harben owners also qualify for trade-in opportunities depending on model year and condition. While it’s wildly unlikely that you’d want to give up your Harben, we still support your choices. Maybe you want to trade up to a unit with different specs, so your business grows. We get it. We can help!

We bought a used Truck Mounted Harben Jetter in 2001 and it’s been used almost every day for the last 15 years. I’ve worked for the City of Prineville, Oregon for the past 9 years as the Maintenance Manager and the Harben unit has required very little maintenance. We liked the it so much we just bought a brand new Harben Truck Mounted Jetter.

Thanks to Elliott Equipment Co. and Harben Inc. for supplying our 4000 psi Harben® trailer jet machine. We recently had to help out a neighboring community with our jetter as they weren’t able to clear a plugged sewer line with other types of sewer equipment. When you have a big job and inclement weather I would recommend Elliott Equipment Co. and Harben® jetters to help provide you with the equipment to get the job done….the first time!

We bought our first Harben jetter in 1989 and it is still working. So, when we decided to purchase a new machine we knew we wanted a Harben. Not only is the reliability of Harben hard to beat, but the customer service is also phenomenal.

The Harben ‘P’ Pump is one heck of a pump. We expect product quality and dependability and that’s what we get from Harben. It is certainly a great pump for industrial use.

Frequently Asked Questions
What brands of jetters qualify for the JetRegret Program?
Most trade-ins are non-Harben machines, but Harben units also qualify depending on age, condition, and overall value. Your machine is probably eligible. Speak to a rep and find out what your machine is worth.
Does my machine have to be running to qualify?
Not necessarily. Machines with mechanical issues, maintenance problems, or recurring failures may still qualify for trade-in consideration depending on overall condition.
What information do I need to get started?
The more information we get, the more accurate and faster the estimate can be. We recommend gathering:
- Photos of the machine
- Year
- Make and model
- Hours
- Service records (if available)
- Notes about condition or known issues
How is my trade-in value determined?
Every machine is evaluated individually by our team. Trade-in values are based on several factors, including:
- Overall condition
- Pump condition
- Service history
- Refurbishment potential
- Market demand
Is the estimate final?
No. All trade-in values are preliminary until the machine has been inspected or verified. Some machines may need a physical inspection before final approval. Again, speak to a Harben Rep.
Can I trade in a machine from another manufacturer?
Yes! The JetRegret Program was specifically designed to help owners get out of non-Harben machines. Our experts will make sure you get the most out of your original investment.
How long does the evaluation process take?
Timing depends on what you can provide to us and whether physical inspection is necessary. In many cases, our team can begin reviewing your machine shortly after you send your photos and information.
